Gimme Five!!! GDB once again denies the Joy Boys in championship showdown

Great rivalries are made by intense games with high stakes. The rivalry between the Joy Boys and the Green Dot Ballers has seen a lot of wins by the Joy Boys during the regular season matchups, but the Ballers have been able to find a way to win in the title game tilts. The 2018 Winter league season would be no different. The Joy Boys sent the GDB to a 6-4 finish with a win over the Ballers in the final week of the regular season. That meant GBD would have to face undefeated top seed GT Ballers in the semi-finals. An outstanding performance in the semis setup up a rematch with the Joy Boys. Once again a tightly contested game went down to the final minutes of the season. Game MVP Mike Reamy scored 7 points in a row in a crucial juncture of the game on his way to a game high 20 points.
