Went for a drive around the history books to see where the players and team stacked up. Also some scrapbook entries included for the seniors.

Dave Sokolnicki F (Senior)
- Sokolnicki was selected by CCC coaches for second team All-Conference
- He tied for 5th in the CCC in rebounds per game (7.8)
- Sokolnicki tied for 9th in FG% at 49.4% from the field.
- Placed 7th in FT % making 72.8% from the line
Chris Larson PG (Senior)
- Led the CCC in assists per game (5.4), tied with backcourt partner Kenny Stockhaus.
- Tied for sixth in steals per game (2.1).
- His 136 assists during the 95-96 campaign tied him with Mike Carlson (94-95) for the second most assists in a single season for Nichols. Dave Delisle (81-82) holds the record at 254.

- His 237 career assists placed him 3rd all time, behind Carlson (444) and Delisle (702) through 1996. Still ranks #10 all time.
- Larson's 52 steals were the third most in a single season behind Billy Collins 62 steals in 94-95 and 55 steals in 93-94.
Kenny Stockhaus G (Sophomore)
- Led the CCC in 3PT field goal percentage at a scorching hot 47.8%
- Tied for 1st in the CCC in assists per game with fellow backcourt mate Chris Larson with 5.4 per game.
- His 130 assists during the 95-96 campaign served as the fourth most assists in a single season. Now the 8th most all time.
- Stockhaus would finish his career third all-time in assists in 1998 with 336. Now #5 all time.
Anthony Depasquale G/F (Sophomore)
- Scored the 7th most points per game in the CCC at 18.1 per game.
Markeith Conyers C (Sophomore)
- Blocked the 3rd most shots in the CCC per game (1.4)
- Conyers 34 blocks set a school record for blocks in a single season, breaking his previous record of 25 that he set as a freshman. Now #6 all time.
- He blocked 5 shots vs Wheaton on 1/20/96 which tied Doug McKay (1995) and Jim Beebe (1985) for most in a single game at that time.
- Conyers 59 blocked shots made him the career leader in blocked shots until Patrick McQuillan passed him in 2002. Now #5 all time.
Team Records
- Team shot 40.8% from three point range during the 95-96 season. That set a Nichols single season record and still stands as the best ever single season performance.
- Scored 82.9 points per game, second only to the 93-94 team that scored 86.2 per game. Currently tied for sixth.
- Finished the season with 505 assists, just three short of the single season record of 508 held by the 87-88 team. Currently #3 all-time.
- The 248 steals as a team was second only to the 275 pilfered by the 92-93 team. Currently #9 all-time.
- The 94 blocked shots was the second most in a single season only surpassed by the 85-86 team with 121. Currently #5 all time.
- The 71.2% from the free throw line was the second best single season performance, behind the 90-91 team. Currently #7 all time.
