Game Summary
This summer has seen the Green Dot Ballers spin up an offensive machine that has not been seen in franchise history. GDB jumped out to a 17-2 lead that ballooned to as much as 30 points 5 minutes into the second half. Cam Wade continued his strong summer, leading a balanced scoring attack that was far too much for the rival Warriors to handle. A cold shooting night from three allowed the Warriors to make the final score look closer than the actual game, but for now, there is a clear team to beat in the City of Alexandria this summer.
Headlines
Taking care of business - After a 3OT thriller in their last game, the Ballers seemed primed to avoid another close game and came out on fire. Led by a cam-stravaganza of baskets, the Ballers put the pressure on the Warrior at the offensive end and held them to one shot on the defensive end. For the second time in three games, the Ballers held a lead of 30 or more points.

A game of P-I-G - Near the end of the first half, Danny Abatemarco started to play his own game of P-I-G right in the middle of the game. An off balance, one legged 18 footers, followed by a Hoosiers like hook shot.....Unfortunately, he lost track of the clock counting down the first half or maybe he would have scored the G!!!
High water mark for Charlie - Charlie Jones has been a swiss army knife type of player since he joined the Ballers last season. He is starting to make his mark in the scoring column as well. Tonight he went for a career high 15 points, scoring at all three levels, while still providing his standout defense, rebounding and playmaking.
MVP
Cam Wade - To explain just how dominant Wade was to start the game, with just over 4 minutes left in the first half the Ballers shooting guard was beating the Warriors by himself 17-16!!! A career high 23 points is definitely worthy of the MVP this week!
